Making Therapy Accessible

Online Therapy for Teens in California

Support for Anxiety, School Stress, and Life Transitions — Available in English & Spanish.

For the Parents: You want to see your child happy, confident, and thriving, but lately, they seem withdrawn or overwhelmed. Finding a therapist who truly connects with adolescents is the first step. I provide a licensed, safe environment to help them navigate these crucial years.

For the Teen: Life right now is a lot. Between grades, social pressure, and figuring out who you are, it’s normal to feel burnt out. You don’t have to carry it all alone. This is a private space to vent, process, and figure things out—without judgment.
